"Three Hearts of Love" is what my son Diego said when he was in the middle of a hug with my husband and I when he was 4 years old. Nothing is more important to me than sharing what life is like when you live it from a place of love. Everything is joyous when you remember the truth of who you are, who your children are and why you are put here on this earth. To really live and prosper and love and be exactly who you are meant to be. It's easy to forget how truly perfect we all are. When I forget, I like to think of those first moments when my son was born. He was the biggest proof to me that we are all born truly perfect. We all come from something much bigger than ourselves in order to create more beauty. As a licensed & certified Spiritual Practitioner my passion and purpose are to remind you of your perfection and to coach you to live a life that is filled with all of the joy you are meant to have and share that joy with your family and all those you love. As your coach, I will always know this truth for you. As your coach, I will provide you with the tools that keep you in alignment with Spirit in order for you to know this truth about yourself in every moment. Together we are a team of empowerment working through false beliefs and discovering truth. There is no greater team than one who works from a place of love. In this life I believe we are all one big beautiful team. We are all "Hearts of Love".
The most important thing that I do each day is show up in my son's life as a good mentor. I set the example for him. I take on the responsibility as a spiritual being guiding him every day in relationships, service, health, creativity, and abundance. I made a promise to him even before I was pregnant that I would allow him to become exactly who he was born to become. To allow him his Dharma....his purpose...and that I would be the best person I could be and to love him always.
I believe in a happy home. I believe every home can be happy. I believe that home is the place where we get the support we need...the place where we can be our most authentic self. Our home is our school, our place of transformation, the place where we can say anything, be anything, recite our truth and we will be loved for all of it. It's the place of our foundation and our place of power. It's where we are nurtured to be who we are truly meant to be. The place where we are seen, heard, and understood. It's the place where we can always start over...always a brand new day. I believe every child should grow up in a house full of love. My passion and purpose are to serve all beings everywhere who decide this is the kind of home they want for themselves and their families. I believe everyone who lives and grows up in this kind of home will always know how to create a purpose-filled life. One that is filled with love, abundance, and success
My experience of working with Carrie has been very positive. After each session with her I felt empowered and supported in moving forward in my life. She combines compassionate listening with a willingness to ask tough questions and help one gain clarity. She helped me to navigate the challenges of caring for my aging mother without sacrificing my own well being. I highly recommend her authentic and professional services for whatever you are striving to achieve.

Coach Carrie has been a part of my life for quite a long time! I trained with her from about the age of 6 or 7 until I was about 15. My father had originally sought her out because they thought a sport would be a good outlet for me. I came from an interesting family dynamic and was definitely in need of some guidance, discipline, and positivity. Basketball wise – Carrie started off by teaching me the rules and philosophies of the game. We went over the basics and game strategy – she taught me about court vision and we practiced peripheral vision (something I will never forget). Pairing a knowledge and true understanding of the game with the physical fundamentals is a combination that definitely kept me leaps and bounds ahead of the other kids as I continued to play at even the collegiate level. From shooting mechanics, to dribbling drills, to defensive drills, to footwork, Coach Carrie covered it all. As I got older, we not only practiced and built on skills, we applied them. She would take me to play against much older, stronger players. She taught me how to be fearless – not because I was alone playing, but because she was with me every step of the way. Coach Carrie was a blessing to me growing up – she was the only person I could depend on when I think back to certain times growing up. She not only taught me how to play basketball, but paralleled the sport with life lessons that I carry with me today. She taught me the value of time, how to be a leader, a team player, how to take constructive criticism and use it to my advantage, how to use my strengths and weaknesses objectively, how to listen when I didn’t want to and how to dig a little deeper than I thought I could. Basketball took me to some great places as I grew up. I got to travel the world – domestically and internationally to play. I played in college as well and always looked back on my time with The Coach. None of it would have been possible without her and our days on the playground together. Coach Carrie is a strong, female role model that I desperately needed then and hold in the highest esteem today because I do feel her in myself today. She will always have a special place in my heart, and I recall on our memories together often. She was my basketball coach then and I still think of her as my coach today. I wouldn’t have the character I have today without her.
